Built in the water of North Dock and due for completion in 2018, Canary Wharf will be one of Crossrail’s largest stations.

Crossrail will add 10% more capacity to the London underground and rail network and will bring an extra 1.5 million people to London’s key business and shopping districts. Up to 24 Crossrail trains per hour will run through central London at peak times.

The new Crossrail hub will be connected to the existing underground station and will include a landscaped park, restaurant and community facility on the top floor with 100,000 sq ft of retail space on four of its six storeys.
